Evelin sticks to a clean and healthy diet, mostly consuming clean and fresh food. In one of her Instagram Stories, she revealed that she eats primarily seafood and organic food, which is not frozen and is "healthy overall." In the same post, Evelin revealed that she skips her first meal of the day, which implies that she is a fan of intermittent fasting. "I don't eat almost every morning for the last year," she wrote.
Evelin avoids overeating. "I eat til I'm satisfied and not full," she said, noting that she knows "it's so hard to burn" the extra calories. She tries to "share plates" with other people, so she isn't tempted to finish an entire dish.
Evelin works out in the gym but also stays in shape by maintaining an active lifestyle. Some of her favorite calorie-blasting activities include surfing, hiking, hang gliding, and walking on the beach with her dog.
Evelin is a fan of using fitness apps to help keep her on track. "Just finished my first workout with @flattummyapp and I'm already in love with this app. It gives me personalized guided workouts that I can do right from home," she wrote in one post. "I'm loving the 30 day challenges, to keep me motivated and on track."
Evelin hydrates regularly. In addition to water, she keeps her thirst quenched and electrolytes restored with help of coconut water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
Evelin promotes self-love. "A challenge worth doing. Go ahead and do it, tag me in your stories of you talking about what is your favorite part of your body. We all deserve to feel beautiful and sexy. Much love," Evelin captioned a since-deleted video per Showbiz CheatSheet. "I want you to go to a mirror, look at yourself, and find out what is the favorite part of your body. What makes you feel sexy and makes you feel pretty. Mine, for example, are these dots on my chest," she adds. "If we feel pretty outside we feel pretty inside, if we feel pretty inside, we feel pretty outside."
