U.S. Marshals and Idaho task force arrest fugitive on State St. in Boise
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The U.S. Marshal Service and Idaho Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Anthony Daniel Garza of Nampa on Monday following a 20-day manhunt.
The Nampa Police Department requested the assistance of the Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force to locate and arrest Garza on Oct. 3. An arrest warrant was issued on Aug. 16 for domestic battery, traumatic injury and felony violations against the laws of Idaho, according to a statement released by the Marshals.
Garza was located on Monday at 1611 W. State St. in Boise. Officers from the Marshals Service, Nampa Police, Ada County Sheriff's Office, and Boise Police Department successfully arrested Garza without further incident.
